[XR][Quest][Built-in RP] Colors look over saturated in builds
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and Run on Quest
3. Observe the bleached colors
Expected: The colors don't look oversaturated
Actual: The colors look oversaturated
Reproducible with: 2019.4.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a4
