[XR][Perf][Quest] 2022.2 and trunk shows significant GPU increase

On Quest 2 with both Multiview and MultiPass stereomode there was a significant Increase in GPU metrics . This was noted on both the Graphics API (Vulkan/OpenGLES3)

    This is not fixed in 2021.3.10, Unity is avoiding the issue and discarded the ticket I opened. Still losing 4% gpu usage and .8 MS in my test sample project between 2020.3 and 2021.3.10

    Can you make this any more confusing:

    Has the issue been resolved? To what degree? Which version was this resolved in (9/10)?

    Definitely not fixed in 2021.3.9, perhaps you meant upcoming .10 will be fixed?
