[XR][OpenVR] Build crashes on connecting HTC Vive controllers when the build is running
Build crashes on connecting HTC Vive controllers when the build is running.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Connect HTC Vive to the system.
3. Window > Package manager > OpenVR > Install.
4. Editor > Project settings.
5. Set up Package name / Bundle identifier.
6. Check Virtual reality supported.
7. Add Open VR SDK.
8. Build and run.
9. Connect HTC Vive Controller.
Actual Result:
Build Crashes after connecting HTC Vive Controller.
Occurring On:
2019.3.0a4, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2, 2018.1.0f2
