[XR] Online documentation is missing for Vuforia AR package
Online documentation, changelog, license information is missing for Vuforia Engine AR. Offline documentation opens up on clicking.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package manager
3) Search for Vuforia Engine AR package
4) Click on view documentation
Actual result: Documentation opens up locally as its offline
Expected result: Documentation should open up in the browser as it should be online.
Occurring in: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.2.0b4
Working fine in: 2019.2.0b3
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
Note:
- Vuforia package is not present in packages list in fogbugz
