[XR][Oculus] Shaders of hands and skybox are missing in the Build while being present in the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project from the Google Drive
2. Build and Run the project on an Oculus Quest 2 device
Expected result: Hands and the skybox have their intended visuals
Actual result: Hands and the skybox are lacking their visuals (for ex. hands do not appear at all in the Build)
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1
Could not test 2023.1.0b10, and 2023.2.0a8 due to the build failing because of Serialization errors
Reproducible on:
N/A, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Notes:
- The hands and the skybox have their proper visuals in the Play Mode
-On 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1 skybox is no longer corrupted, but hands still do not render

Resolution Note:
The issue is not present in supported versions. The sky is correct and the hands are rendered properly by Selecting the OVRCameraRig and setting Hand Tracking Support to Controllers And Hands and enabling Render Model Support.
Script errors are fixed by updating the OVR unitypackage and following the update/fix wizards.
