[XR][Oculus Integration Plugin] DllNotFoundException: libovravatar error thrown in the Console when Entering Play Mode
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the Oculus Integration Plugin from in the Package Manager
3. Open the "AvatarGallery" scene
4. Enter Play Mode
Actual: "DllNotFoundException: libovravatar" error thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
This bug is occurring in the Oculus Asset store package and cannot be resolved by Unity. We have communicated this to our partners at Oculus.
