No default AR SDK is selected when project created using "[XR] AR Sample" or "[XR] AR Basic" Project Template
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project using [XR] AR Sample / [XR] AR Basic Project Template
Observe no AR SDK is being selected by default
Occurs on: 2018.2.0b3, 2018.2.0b1, 2018.2.0a7, 2018.2.0a5
Environment: Windows 10, Windows 7, Mac OSX 10.13 & Mac OSX 10.12

- [XR] AR Sample / [XR] AR Basic Project Templates are introduced from 2018.2.0a5
