[XR Management] Tracked Pose Driver is not saved in scene when adding it by using XR Tracking window
1. Open attached "TrackingOptions" project
2. Go to Edit->Project Settings -> XR Tracking
3. Click on "Add Tracked Pose Driver To All Cameras In the scene"
4. Notice that Tracked Pose Drive is added to Main Camera, but scene is not marked dirty
5. Re-open the current scene (double click on scene file)
Expected result - Tracked Pose Driver component is still added to Main Camera
Actual result - Tracked Pose Driver component is gone
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a13, 2019.3.0b9, 2019.3.0b1
Packages tested - XR Management preview.3 - 3.0.4, 3.0.1
