[XR Interaction Toolkit] On Select Exit event does not change Game object parent when Transform.Parent is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("XrIssueTest.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Grab Cube Game object in the middle of the scene
Expected result: Cube Game object becomes a child of the Main Camera
Actual result: Cube Game object Parent isn't changed
Reproducible with: 2019.3.9f1 (0.9.3), 2020.1.0b4 (0.9.6), 2020.2.0a5 (0.9.6)
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1 (Packages are not present), 2018.4.20f1 (No XR Interaction package)
