[XR Interaction Toolkit] First vertex of controller projectile curve is sticking when controller is moved fast
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1291060Repro.zip")
2. Open "New Scene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Move Controller over the plane fast
Expected result: The first vertex of the controller projectile curve is sticking to the last position
Actual result: Controller projectile curve remains the same
Reproducible with: XR Interaction Toolkit 1.0.0-pre.1 (2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0b4, 2021.1.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1 (XR Interaction Toolkit not available)
