[XR] Instantiated GameObject appear after a delay when XR Plugin Managements "Initialize on Startup" is on
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "WindowsXrInstantiateRepro.zip" project
2. Build to Standalone
3. Run the build
4. Use left mouse button to spawn the spheres
Expected result: Instantiated GameObject appear instantly after pressing the left mouse button when "Initialize on Startup" is on
Actual result: Instantiated GameObject appear after a delay after pressing the left mouse button when "Initialize on Startup" is on (see 1211389.mp4 video attached)
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21
Notes:
Only reproducible on Standalone build
Could not reproduce on 2018.4, because Windows XR Plugin Package does not exist in that version
Could not reproduce in 2019.2 because of missing reference errors
