[XR] Frame debugger will render next frame sometimes even though play mode is paused when using VR HMD
If you have the frame debugger doing and an active HMD and click on or arrow up/down through the list of draw calls sometimes there will be a frame update if you are moving the headset even though play mode is paused. This only happens when in play mode, if you just frame debug in the editor without running it doesn't seem to happen. Also doesn't seem to happen if you are running standalone, play mode stays paused.
