[XR][Daydream] Artifacts around VR eyes when using Post Processing layer and having Video Surface setting enabled
Reproducible with:
1. Open attached project
2. Build & Run to some Daydream compatible device
3. Wait for "Bloom" effect to be shown
Expected result - Effects are rendered without artifacts
Actual result - Effects are rendered with colored artifacts around VR eyes
Notes:
1. Does not seem to reproduce without Video Surface and Protected Memory settings enabled in Daydream settings
2. Reproduces with Multi-Pass, can not test Single Pass due to: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/mobile-xr-android-only-one-eye-rendered-on-when-running-application-with-single-pass-rendering-and-using-post-process-layer
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a5, 2018.3.0b7, 2018.2.14f1
