[URP] TargetEye property is missing from Camera in the Inspector window when URP package is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Create new URP project in 2019.4 stream
2. In the Hierarchy window select "Main Camera" game object
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: TargetEye property for the Camera is available in the Inspector window
Actual result: TargetEye property for the Camera is missing in the Inspector window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1 (7.0.0, 7.4.3)
Cannot test with: 2018.4.26f1 (no URP), 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0a21 (8.0.1, 10.0.0-preview.26) (TargetEye property is missing in 2020.1 and 2020.2 with build-in renderer)
