XLIFF Import (Not Responding)
Repro steps:
1. Open the 2D localization test project and go to Window > Asset Management > Localization.
2. Click on the 3 dots on the top right-hand corner of the localization window
3. Export XLIFF file.
4. Now import the same file you just exported.
Expected result: Loads instantly and loading bar completes.
Actual result: Text loads instantly but the loading bar is not responding.
