[XAML - Emulator] - 2017 : Emulator is crashing on app launch in Windows.Mirage
While testing XAML in RS2 with the windows emulator, the XAML apps would crash when trying to launch. This was happening with BEV support enabled on the emulator as well.
Repro Steps:

Emulator: Windows Kits\10\Emulation\HoloLens\10.0.14393.0

Repro Steps:
1.) Download or create a Hololens Project
2.) Build a XAML app
3.) Deploy to the HoloLens Emulator
4.) Observe crash on launch
