[X-Pipeline] HDRenderPipelineGlobalSettings asset name mismatch
Version tested: a19 + SRP Master
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start an empty HDRP project
2) Delete HDRenderPipelineGlobalSettings asset, it should auto regenerate
3) Select this asset again and in inspector observe a warning about object name not matching the asset name
Note: sometimes this warning appears right after finishing the HDRP Wizard
