Reconnecting audio device doesn't trigger AudioSettings.OnAudioConfigurationChanged
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "824001.zip"
2. Build project
3. In build, notice that sound is playing
4. Disconnect and reconnect speakers
5. Notice that sound is no longer playing
showStuff.cs script adds delegate AudioSettings.OnAudioConfigurationChanged and while it works in editor and standalone build, it doesn't work on WSA or UWP
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p2, 5.4.0p4, 5.5.0b1, 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0p1
