[WSA][UWP] custom cursor becomes huge in build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "cursor.zip"
2. Open "main" scene and enter play mode
- custom cursor looks normal and behaves as expected
3. Exit play mode
4. Add "main" scene to build settings
5. Build WSA Universal 10 SDK
6. Open VS solution and deploy on local machine/windows phone
- custom cursor is huge (image attached)
