Unity crashes when building a project for platform when platfform support is not installed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (Marsh-TakeTwo.zip)
2. Click on Menu bar -> HoloToolkit -> Build Window -> Build Visual Studio SLN
3. Observe the crash
Expected result: Unity should not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Workaround:
Install Metro (Windows store) support
Reproduced with: 5.5.2f1, 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p2, 2017.1.0b2
