[WSA / UWP] MouseCallbacks don't work in 5.5
Reproduction steps:
1. Build & run the attached project (MouseCallbacks_scene)
2. Try clicking, dragging, moving etc.
3. See that MouseCallbacks are never triggered
Introduced in 5.5. Reproducible with both SDK 10 and SDK 8.1 on both Phone and PC. Not reproducible in Windows standalone player
