[WSA] Impossible to copy - paste on Win Store Apps
1. Copy any selected text, then launch WSA application and paste it to any input field. The text will not be pasted.
2. In WSA application write anything in input field and copy text, then switch to another application (internet browser or notepad) and try to paste copied text. The text will not be pasted.
Repro steps:
1. build and run "copy paste.zip" project on WSA platform;
2. perform described scenarios from description;
