[WSA][Backport] scene starts with Unity splash screen
On Unity 5.3 UWP and WSA platforms, there are three splash screens. The third one is Unity splash screen, which starts at the same time as the first project scene. Expected that project scene should start only after Unity splash screen, like on standalone player or other platforms.
Unity 5.4 versions works fine as expected. Scene starts only after the splash screen.

Repro steps:
1. open project "ExtendedSplashRemovingSample.zip".
2. build to UWP platform.
3. build and run generated project. On 5.3 versions observe that after splash screen the white/black screen is visible until scene is ready to be played.
