Wrong “Target minimum iOS Version” is set in a newly created project if the required version is 12
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Project Settings > iOS > Other Settings and observe the “Target minimum iOS Version”
Expected result: “Target minimum iOS Version” is 12
Actual result: “Target minimum iOS Version” is 11
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a5
Fixed in: 2022.1.0a7
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Note: In some versions, when changing the “Target minimum iOS Version” to lower than 12, it gets changed to 12
