Steps to Repro:
1. Install Unity 2020.2.0b8 without Android Platform
2. Create a new Project in 2020.2.0b8
3. While opening the new Project, Installs > 2020.2.0b8 > burger button > Add Modules > Android Build Support
4. Select Project > New Unity Project > Unity Version
Expected Result: It should display the unity version without any warning sign
Actual Result: Wrong information in the tooltip displayed with a warning sign
Reproducible on: Unity HUB 2.4.0
Work Around: When the installation of the Android module completed, the warning sign automatically gone
