Wrong color when baking with HDR emission and Enlighten
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open gfx test project folder
2. Open scene 640-BakedLightingEmissionHDR
3. Switch backend to enlighten
4. Increase intensity of emissive material on the cube (any value past 8 will do)
5. Observe color change or black (probably rgb9e5 going out of range)
Notes:
- Reproduces both in gamma and linear color space
- Reproduces on both normal and high quality lightmap encoding settings
- Increasing emissive intensity further eventually results in lightmaps looking pitch black when using Enlighten baked GI
- Increasing emissive intensity past 10 on PLM and Enlighten realtime GI results in lightmaps appearing white
- Reproduced on 2019.1.0a4 (dc385c199c32)
