[WP8] textured skinned meshes will blink with Mesh Compression on
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene twstr
3. Build&Deploy for WP8 - note that the mesh is blinking
4. In the project, select the FBX_Shopkeeper and change it's mesh compression to "Off"
5. Rebuild & deploy - the mesh is no longer blinking
The log is spammed with:
"Skinned mesh stream should contain only positions, normals and tangents. channelMask was f"

Confirmed that the workaround is effective. When is 4.5.1 going to beta on the Google Group?
