[WP8][Shaders] Ground is black in tessellation sample scene before pause-resume
The tessellation sample scene is rendered wrong initially on windows phone 8 and windows phone 8.1 devices
To reproduce:
1. Import standard assets example project
2. Build & run the tesselation sample scene to a WP8 or WP8.1 device
3. Notice that the ground is black
4. Pause
5. Resume
6. Notice that the ground is now textured (like in dx 9 mode in the editor)
