[WP8] Reflections jitter on landscape rotation
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project. It contains a shader that uses reflection and a scene that demonstrates the shader in action
2. Build & run for WP8
3. Notice that the reflection of the palms and the car is jittery (appear and disappear constantly)
This only happens in landscape rotation
Does not happen on WP8.1
Works fine on editor.
