[WP8.1] Keyboard rotates regardless of the application orientation settings
To reproduce:
1. Import the repro.unitypackage. It contains a scene with an input field
2. Set the Default orientation of the app to anything but auto rotation
3. Build & run for WP8
4. Press the input field, a keyboard pops up
5. Rotate the phone - notice that the keyboard rotates while the game view does not
Everything rotates on WP8.1 (Keyboard and game view)
