[WP8.1] Have to delete build folder before building again to get new changes in device
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Go to Edit -> Project settings -> Player
3. Set Default Cursor to cursor.png
4. Build it for Windows Store (Phone 8.1 SDK) and run
5. In the Player settings set Default Cursor to None
6. Click Build & run in the Edit menu
Actual behavior: cursor set in step 3 is visible in both builds (step 4 and step 6)

Not reproducible with: 5.3.2p3
