[WP8.1] Custom splash screen is zoomed in
To reproduce:
1. Build & run the attached project. It has a custom splash screen setup
2. Notice the the custom splash screen is displayed correctly at first, but then it blinks gets zoomed in
Reproducible since 5.1
Worked fine in 5.0
