WP8 5.0 build crashes when built on top of an older version build
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project with Unity 4.5
2. Build for wp8
3. Open up the project with 5.0
4. Build & Run into the same folder - the deployed app instantly crashes with "System.AccessViolationException"
Does not crash when doing the same thing with 4.3.4f1 to 4.5.1p3
