[WP10] Title isn't rendered fullscreen
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build for UWP and deploy to Windows Phone 10
3. Observe, that there is a white line on top of the screen (see the attached screenshots)
Reproducible with:
5.5.2f1, 2017.1.a1, 5.6.0b8
Not reproducible with:
5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b7
Reproducible on all Windows Phones 10
