Worldspace UI is not captured by Frame Recorder when recording a 360 View
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (WorldSpaceUI360.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Open the Recorder via Tools -> Recorder -> Video
4. Record a few frames
5. Observe the recorded images
Expected: world space UI is visible in the recorder 360 View images
