worldPos not set in standard shader if SHADER_API_D3D11 is defined
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure D3D9 is target graphics API
3. Observe the scene
4. Change target graphics API to D3D11
5. Uncomment the line 32 in Error.shader
6. Observe the scene
Expected: shader applies same as with D3D9
Actual: shader doesn't apply (worldPos is not set)
Reproduced with: 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.1p2,2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0a1
