World Space UI elements with 90 degree rotations are not drawn
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Scene "Scenes/ExampleScene" in attached project
3. In scene view, notice that "Canvas" children objects "Left" and "Right" do not appear. They have rotations of -90 and 90
4. To view problem in Game view, press play in editor and Horizontal Axis input to rotate camera
Workaround: Adding a slight rotation offset will fix this issue.
