Wireframe tessellation on the HDRP/LitTessellation Material is reacting when looking at it at different angles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Tessellation Bug" project
2. Open the Scene "OutdoorsScene"
3. In the Hierarchy select the "Sphere" Game Object
4. Focus on it (press "F" while hovering the mouse over the Scene view)
5. Change the Shading Mode of the Scene view to Wireframe (open the drop-down list at the top-left corner and check "Wireframe")
6. While holding "alt" rotate around the sphere
Expected results: The highlighted wireframe tessellation is reacting from an angle
Actual results: The highlighted wireframe tessellation is not reacting from an angle but only from a distance
Reproducible with: 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b12), 10.2.2 (2020.2.3f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b4), 11.0.0 (2021.2.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 4.10.0-preview (2018.4.31f1), 7.5.2(2019.4.19f1), 8.3.1(2020.1.17f1), 10.1.0 (2020.2.0b12)
Notes:
- It seems that the issue is reproducible only when the GameObject is at (2,0,0), (0,2,0), or (0,0,2) position
