Regression
No
Wireframe is not the same size as the GameObject which is using Shader with offset vertices when using OpenGL API
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "WireframeVertexShaderBug" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Change the Shading Mode to Shaded Wireframe (Inthe Scene view top-left corner open the mode selection drop-down and select "Shaded Wireframe")
4. Inspect the "Cube" GameObejct in the Scene view
Expected results: The wireframe is the size of a visible cube
Actual results: The wireframe is bigger than the visible cube
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Notes:
- The wireframe is the size of the visible GameObject when using any other Graphics API

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
Because of the limitations of OpenGL (vertex shader and pixel shader compiled as one program), it is not possible to support wireframe drawing with vertex shaders that modify vertex positions.
