Regression
Yes
WinMerge is not detected in Preferences Diff Tool dropdown
How to reproduce:
1. Install WinMerge (https://winmerge.org/downloads/?lang=en)
2. Open the editor
3. Navigate to Preferences > External Tools
4. Try to select WInMerge in the diff tool dropdown
Expected Behavior: WinMerge is in the dropdown
Actual Behavior: WinMerge is not in the dropdown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.7f1, 2019.3.16f1 2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.6f1
Note:
- In the newer versions the WinMerge can be selected with the "Custom tool" option but it is not in the dropdown from the start. Custom tool is a workaround to this issue.
- Only tested with WinMerge, maybe other diff tools are affected too
