[Windows][Xbox] When Xbox One controller disconnects, error messages appear.
An error message appears when disconnect an Xbox One controller while in Playmode or Runtime.
Sometimes it doesn't happen on the first try, but will happen once the controller disconnects for a couple of times.
Repro:
1. Download project and package at: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/InputSystem
2. Use Input Test Project (Assets -> QA -> Input_Test -> Scenes)
3. Enter Playmode and switch to Xbox
4. Disconnect Xbox One controller
Actual: When disconnect Xbox One controller, error messages appear.
Note: This doesn't happen to Xbox 360 controller. Only Xbox One.

Resolution Note:
This is from the old input system. Turning off the old backends should make the error go away.
