Windows Store Apps and Windows Phone 8.1 builds fail WACK
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Build it to a Visual Studio solution
3. Create app package and run Windows App Cert Kit on it. It will fail with:
API System.String.Format(System.String,System.Object) in MSCORLIB, PUBLICKEYTOKEN=B77A5C561934E089 is not supported for this application type. UnityEngine.dll calls this API.
