Standalone IL2CPP build support is unavailable from both Hub and Download Assistant
Standalone IL2CPP build support for both Mac and Windows cannot be installed from both Hub or download assistant. It can only be downloaded from public download pages for now. Refer the attached screenshots
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch download assistant for Windows
2) Click Next > Choose components list opens up
Actual Result: Windows standalone IL2CPP build support is not available
Expected Result: Windows standalone IL2CPP build support is available
Occurring in: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.3.0a11
Working fine in: 2019.3.0a10
