Windows Player does not display drawn elements when Player is built in macOS
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “SkipDialogue” project in macOS
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Open the Build Settings window (File > Build Settings)
4. Make sure that “Target Platform” is set to “Windows”
5. Build the Player
6. Open the Player in Windows
7. Press and hold the “Z” key
8. Observe the bottom-right corner
Expected result: A ring appears around the “X” icon that is gradually filled up
Actual result: Only the “X” icon is shown

Reproduced on: macOS 13.3 (M2) (by reporter), Windows 11, macOS 12.6.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
1. Not reproducible in Windows Player if built on the Windows platform
