[Windows] Overlay Menu window lose focus in Scene view and closes when "Save Window Preset" window is opened
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Overlay Menu in Scene view (press ` in Scene view)
3. Press on "Default" dropdown
4. Select "Save Default..."
Actual results: Overlays Menu window disappears from Scene view when "Save Window Preset" window is opened
Expected results: Overlays Menu window should stay open in Scene view when "Save Window Preset" window is opened
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6
Reproduced on (OS): Windows 11
Not reproducing on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.6.1 (M1)

Resolution Note:
When using the shortcuut to open the menu, it's only a pop-up and not an overlay (it's not possible to move it around). Thus this menu is not part of the preset saved.
