[Windows] NavMesh Agent starts moving chaotically when machine is in power save mode
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Play 'NavMeshTest' scene while laptop is plugged in to power source
3. Repeat 2nd step when laptop is plugged out and power save mode is on
Expected vs Actual: capsules should not be moving chaotically when machine is in power save mode (gifs attached)
Reproduced: 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a2
Note: not reproducibe on MacBooks

Resolution Note:
Will be fixed as part of substantial refactoring work planned for the NavMeshAgent.
