[Windows] Native Crash occurs when closing the Player Console window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D Core Template project
2. Open the Build Settings (File > Build Settings…)
3. Make sure that the “Dedicated Server” platform is selected
4. Make sure that Windows is selected as the Target Platform and Intel 64-bit is selected as the Architecture
5. Enable the Development Build and click the Build button
6. Run the built file from Windows Explorer
7. Close the newly opened console window and observe the screen
Expected result: No crash occurs
Actual result: Native crash occurs
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b4
Testing environment: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
