[Windows Mixed Reality] Image flipped when adding image effects
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "Scene_PP" Scene
2. Switch Platform to UWP
3. Plug a Windows MR headset and start the MR portal
4. Enter Play Mode
Actual result: The image is reversed when we add more than one image effect. It works with one, three, five, etc... but doesn't work with two, four, six, etc... In fact, the second effect will flip the image. It happens only on the Windows Mixed Reality platform when Single Pass Stereo (and Instanced) is enabled
Reproduced with: 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0b4
