[Windows] MeshTopology.Point geometry is not displaying in WebGL
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "GL.zip" and open in Unity
2. Enter Play mode
Note: Observe that MeshTopology.Point geometry is displaying in Play mode
3. Exit Play mode and Build&Run project on WebGL
Expected Result: MeshTopology.Point geometry is displaying in WebGL
Actual Result: MeshTopology.Point geometry is not displaying in WebGL
Note: This issue appears only on Windows and reproduces on Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge
Note: On OSX everything works as expected on all browsers - Chrome, Firefox and Safari
Reproduced on Unity 5.6.2p3, 2017.1.0f3 and 2017.2.0b3
Could not check for regression on Unity 5.5 because Unity Editor crashes
