[Windows] Editor does not fit layout after clicking Cancel in Scene's Have Been Modified window when trying to close Unity
How to reproduce:
1. Create new channel
2. Try to resize Editor window, notice that layout is fitted to the size of window
3. Add object to Scene to make changes to the Scene
4. Try to close Unity and in the opened window click Cancel
5. Try to resize Editor again
Expected result: Editor fits layout to the size of Editor window
Actual result: Editor does not fit layout to the size of Editor window, leaves blank spots
Reproduced with: 2017.4.28f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.6f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a5
